The mBills mobile wallet offers a practical solution for daily financial transactions through your smartphone, enabling secure and convenient payments via the app or with the mBills Mastercard®.

What is mBills?

mBills is a digital wallet accessible on your mobile device that allows for quick, easy, and secure payments anywhere and anytime. It can be linked to your bank account or topped up at the nearest Petrol station, enabling transactions at over 44 million points of sale worldwide. The application is free to download and use, regardless of which bank you hold an account with.

What does mBills offer?

<li>Sending money directly to another person's phone number.</li>
<li>Paying at selected merchants, including major retailers, cafes, restaurants, and more by scanning QR codes or displaying barcode for payment.</li>
<li>Utilizing vending machines and parking garages without the need for coins.</li>
<li>Free bill payments and automatic receipt of e-invoices directly into your wallet.</li>
<li>Linked debit card — mBills Mastercard® — usable at over 53 million merchants worldwide and online. The card can also be connected to Garmin and Fitbit smartwatches. Card management features include setting custom limits, viewing and changing the PIN, receiving free transaction notifications, and more.</li>
<li>E-tickets for events stored securely on your mobile device.</li>
<li>Cash deposits and withdrawals at all Petrol locations using mBills.</li>
<li>Automatic notifications for all transactions and categorization of expenses for better financial oversight.</li>

With mBills, cashless payments are accepted everywhere. You can pay at numerous well-known Slovenian companies such as Petrol, OMV, Žito, Big Bang, Tuš, Kalček, S.Oliver, Harvey Norman, Kaval Group restaurants, among others. Additionally, you can receive and pay electronic invoices from institutions like the Slovenian Tax Administration, Triglav Insurance Company, RTV Slovenia, Generali Insurance, SPL, Elektro energija, Telekom Slovenije, Telemach, T2. The digital wallet integrates seamlessly with mobile apps such as Cashback and eHrana and supports easy top-ups and withdrawals through partnerships with Sports Lottery. A comprehensive map of all locations where contactless payments are accepted is available at www.mbills.si. Payments worldwide are facilitated via the mBills Mastercard®, Garmin Pay, and Fitbit Pay on millions of outlets online and in-store.

Security of mBills Payment System

<li>mBills holds authorization from the Bank of Slovenia to issue electronic money and conduct payment services.</li>
<li>User funds are protected by highly reliable computing systems that handle monthly transaction volumes exceeding 70 billion euros over the past 15 years.</li>
<li>Funds are stored separately in fiduciary accounts held at Slovenian banks.</li>
<li>User data—including profiles, accounts, transactions—is securely stored on protected servers rather than on mobile devices.</li>
